Step-by-Step OmniFlex Panel Replacement Guide

Remove the Vinyl Base
1. Pull back the flexible flap on the vinyl base.
2. Remove the screws and detach the vinyl base from the wall.
Open the Floor Track
1. Use tin snips to cut the steel floor track.
2. Bend it outward—using a rubber mallet if needed.
Access the Stud Fasteners
1. Remove the face plates from the OmniFlex stud.
2. Expose the internal fasteners.
Disconnect the Stud
1. Extract the screws connecting the two stud sections.
2. Repeat on both the left and right sides of the panel.
Remove the Wall Panel
1. Fold back the steel floor track.
2. Pull one half of the stud out from the bottom.
3. Carefully remove the existing wall panel while leaving other stud posts in place to support the wall and roof deck.
Install the Replacement Panel
1. Insert the new OmniFlex panel into position.
2. Reattach the studs by fastening them back together.
3. Reinstall the face plates.
4. Fold the floor track back into place.
5. Reapply the vinyl base to restore the wall’s original appearance.

Organize hardware in small containers and label each set of screws/plates as you remove them.
Have tin snips and a rubber mallet handy for opening and re-forming the floor track.
Use two people for handling larger panels to prevent edge damage and ease alignment.
