Paint Finishing Enclosures

You can maximize production, cut costs, improve efficiency and comply with stringent environmental regulations when you choose PortaFab enclosures for painting and finishing systems.

We supply the envelope, or package, that encloses all the equipment and mechanical systems in the finishing system. Our wall systems interface with floor, ceiling and mechanical components to provide a positive pressure environment with effective control of particulate, pressure, temperature and humidity. This allows the finishing system the ability to deliver excellent performance across a wide range of applications reducing waste, improving booth performance and extending filter life.

Smooth interior wall surfaces are easy to clean. Optional anti-static walls that minimize the attraction of powder coatings are used for building powder coating spray booths. These walls provide more efficient operation and easier clean-up.

The clean, modern look of our finished walls impresses customers and prospects who tour your plant, making the paint/finishing room a marketing tool as well as a functional envelope for environmental control.

Environmental Control
Wall systems are pre-engineered to join with ceiling, floor and mechanical components to provide constant positive pressure, a uniform temperature, and humidity and particulate control. Our paint booth systems can be used in conjunction with solvent recovery systems to control volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

PortaFab can also offer a complete package that includes mechanical design for critical humidity and temperature control. Walls are available up to 35'+ high and can accommodate custom conveyor openings. The modular enclosures can be retrofitted to existing structures or built as a free-standing structure. The loadbearing wall systems can also support overhead cranes and conveyor systems.
