The Fire & Sound family of wall panels features three engineered composite panels specifically designed to excel in industrial and commercial environments. They comply with most building and fire codes and feature the durability, flexibility, appearance and performance synonymous with the PortaFab name.
Durable, yet flexible
All fire and sound panels feature a solid composite construction that significantly outperforms stick-built wall panels. Due to their non-progressive design, Fire & Sound panels can be easily moved, relocated, or replaced as needed without affecting the integrity of the existing structure.

Fire & Sound
Our standard Fire & Sound panel features a durable, yet cost effective, 6-millimeter vinyl surface ideal for light industrial applications. It is easy-to-clean and available in our 5-Day Quick Ship Program.

Steel Fire & Sound
Steel Fire & Sound wall panels feature a 24-gauge steel sheet on both sides of the panel to ensure complete protection and superior cleanability.

Fire & Sound Steel Exterior
This panel features a steel surface on one side that is ideal for protecting against damage in high traffic areas that include forklifts, hand carts, or other types of heavy equipment

Fire & Sound Panels provide compliance with a multitude of fire and safety codes. This includes commonly required compliances such as Class A Non-Combustible Fire Rating, and ASTM - E84.
Superior Insulation
All Fire & Sound panels feature a solid polystyrene core with an R-Value range of 11-16, which provides superior insulation over traditional construction material.
Sound Attenuating
Fire & Sound panels can be employed to cordon off loud machinery, or provide office areas removed from the sound and disturbances of a production area.
