PharmaFurring Systems


The PharmaFurring Wall System is a surface applied seamless furring wall system and is ideal for upgrading existing spaces or for use in ancillary areas. The furring wall system matches the PharmaWall System for a consistent appearance throughout the facility.

Cost effective and easy to install, this functional design allows a 0.625” (15mm) thick wall panel can be attached to any solid wall or wall surface including block, concrete and drywall. The universal design allows easy connection to a stud framework

The PharmaFurring Wall System panel surfaces can be caulked, chemically welded or gel coated for a seamless wall surface. An ideal solution to applications which demand a short shut down of an existing production area.

Ideal for wash down environments or sanitizing with aggressive cleaning agents. Panels are non-combustible and meet most of today’s building codes through the ASTM-E84 flame and smoke development test. Panels also integrate with fire rated construction.

 

 

 

Universal Attachment
This 0.625" (15mm) thick wall allows you to easy attach to block, concrete, or drywall or to metal studs to create a plenum chase. 		Flush Transition
Wall base is offset to accept epoxy floor coves or VCT radius covings creating a seamless transition to the wall surface eliminating ledges and providing an easy to clean transition. 		Radius Coving
All wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling junctions are trimmed with an extruded coving that features a large 3" radius. The 2-piece cove connects into an extruded aluminum clip that can be mounted to either wall or ceiling surfaces.
